A bit about me

I started out as a volunteer Lifeline telephone counsellor, supporting people in crisis during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. This experience shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, practical psychological support that truly meets people where they are.

My career then took me to hospital operating theatres, supporting patients undergoing surgery and pain management. There, I gained valuable experience in patient care and managing high-pressure clinical situations. I developed my career as a psychologist in disability employment services and correctional environments, deepening my understanding of trauma, resilience, human behaviour, and the many factors that influence recovery.

I subsequently moved into private practice, specialising in EMDR and forensic psychology, and have worked extensively with WorkCover and CTP clients. Today, through my own practice, I focus on helping people recover from trauma, injury, and life events using evidence-based approaches in a collaborative and respectful manner.

I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported - a place to take the next step in your recovery with confidence and care.
